Submission Guideline

The Scientific Program Committee of WSRM 2017 cordially invites you to submit abstracts for Free Paper to share the most up-to-date research works and review challenging and interesting cases from around the world.
Abstracts should be submitted online via the official congress website “E- Abstract Submission System"
by no later than December 31, 2016. Submitted abstracts can be revised on the website during the abstract submission period.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • 1. All abstracts must be submitted electronically using the link provided on the WSRM 2017 website only. Abstracts submitted via e-mail, fax or regular mail will neither be accepted nor acknowledged.
  • 2.Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the main author. Please make sure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after making your submission. If you do not receive this e-mail confirmation, it means we have not received your abstract. If you are sure you have submitted it, check to make sure you sent it to the correct e-mail address.
  • 3. Abstracts must be written clearly in English and submitted prior to December 31, 2016.
  • 4. Notification of abstract acceptance will be announced via e-mail by February 1, 2017.
  • 5. Abstracts should not exceed 400 words; the submission system will not accept anything beyond that. Figures and tables are not permitted.
  • 6. It is the authors' responsibility to review the submissions and correct them. Please proofread your abstract before completing your submission.
  • 7. The e-mail you provided us will be used to notify you of the acceptance and to send you updated information.
  • 8. The web submission system will automatically produce your abstract in the proper format for publication in the abstract book. You may copy and paste your abstract in the space provided on the website. Use upper and lower case characters. Do not use all upper case.
  • 9. Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.
  • 10. There can be no more than ten (10) authors per abstract.
  • 11. All inquiries regarding abstract submission should be made to wsrm2017.com.

Abstract Content

Please make the abstract as informative as possible, and support your conclusions with data. Abstracts should be structured to include the following sections:

  • - Title of Abstract
  • - Topic of Interest
  • - Objective(s): indicates the purpose of the study
  • - Method(s): describe pertinent experimental procedures
  • - Result(s): summarize the results of the research
  • - Conclusion(s): states the main conclusions
  • - Key word(s)
  • - Please use standard abbreviations, generic drug names, and place unusual abbreviations or acronyms in parentheses after first use. Do NOT identify author(s) or institution(s) in text.

Abstract Withdrawal

If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by April 30, 2017, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program. If you have to withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat (program@wsrm2017.com) by April 30, 2017.
